Return Policy

30-day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase or your item ceased operation within 30-days of your shipping date you can return it for a full refund. Please see the "How do I return and item?" section to learn how to return item(s). International shipments may take longer than 30-days. If the shipment takes more than 21-days this Money Back Guarantee is extended to 60-days from the shipping date.

Domestic (U.S.) Customers: We will issue a USPS or UPS pre-paid return label that will be e-mailed to you to print off. You then just need to drop package off at your nearest UPS Store or UPS Customer Care location.

International (non-U.S.) Customers: We will request you to ship the item(s) back the cheapest possible shipping method. We require you to e-mail us a clear picture or scan of postage receipt for reimbursement. In some cases we can issue USPS return labels for Canadian customers.

90-day Product Warranty

If a product you purchased from us ceases operation within 90-days of the shipping date then the defective product/part can be sent back to us for replacement. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to get the part or product back to us, Stone Age Gamer will cover shipping costs to return product/part to customer. Please see the "How do I return an item?" section to learn how to return item(s).

If Stone Age Gamer no longer carries this product/part we will request the customer to send complete product back to us for refund of cost of goods. We will NOT replace with a newer generation of the product or exchange for another product.

1 Year Product Warranty

If a product you purchased from us ceases operation within 1 year of the shipping date then the defective product/part can be sent back to us for replacement at the customer's expense. This means the customer is responsible for shipping the part/product to us and will also be charged for the shipping cost to return the replacement part/product back to the customer. Please see the "How do I return an item?" section to learn how to return item(s).

If Stone Age Gamer no longer carries the defective product/part then this 1 year warranty is null and void.

1 - 3 Year Flash Cart Warranty

If a flash cart you purchased from us ceases operation within 1 - 3 year of the shipping date then the defective product/part can be sent back to us for replacement at the customer's expense. You receive a 1 year warranty with all Basic Edition flash carts and a 3 year warranty with all Deluxe/Custom Edition flahs carts. This means the customer is responsible for shipping the flash cart to us and will also be charged for the shipping cost to return the replacement part/product back to the customer. Please see the "How do I return an item?" section to learn how to return item(s).

If Stone Age Gamer no longer carries KRIKzz flash cart then this 1 - 3 year warranty is null and void.

Please e-mail returns@stoneagegamer.com with order number, product(s) you want to return, and explanation of problem with product(s).

Always use our Return Requests feature or e-mail returns@stoneagegamer.com. Failure to do this before sending the product back could result in longer return or the possibility that we will refuse the return.
